The Silk Bazaar in conjunction with Bubba Moe Slings has launched its own line of Hand Dyed 100% Silk Baby Slings. Each sling will be uniquely dyed here at the Silk Bazaar and produced by Bubba Moe who are without a doubt the premier Australian Baby Sling producers.

Suitable for premmie babies right through to 3 yrs of age with 7 different carrying positions to cater for rapidly growing bubs. The versatility of the Sling allows parents to have full control over positioning with ease and minimum of fuss. Eliminating the guesswork for correct fit, the Bubba Moe sling is adjusted to size once it's on, there is no need to pre-adjust like other buckle sling brands. Each Sling comes with instructional booklet and a DVD for easy visual learning. Each position is explained with short, concise, easy to follow steps, ensuring you get it right from day one.

We use only the finest Shantung silk. Silk is the strongest of natural fibres. It is breathable, naturally hypoallergenic, mold resistant, absorbs moisture, reduces humidity, is surprisingly cool in the summer, and remarkably warm in the winter. The hugging effect eliminates any cold spots so your baby will get warm faster and stay warm. The best part of the hugging effect of silk is that our little ones feel more secure and safe, which helps them sleep better. Silk is naturally fire-retardant, making it a very safe bedding material for children. Our Baby Slings are easy to care for. Simply machine wash on a COLD delicate cycle, gentle tumble dry, cool iron. If you use steam, iron swiftly so as not to burn the silk. You can also hand wash in COOL water, then hang to dry. We use low impact and natural dyes on all our hand-dyed silks, and they have been treated for maximum colour retention, for long lasting vibrant colour.

It was important to me that these slings be made by women in my local community.  I am therefore proud to say that these slings are 100% made in the Hawkesbury by a group of fabulous mums and daughters who have become not just business partners but friends.
